Durable Medical Equipment Available at No Cost



Faith in Action of McHenry County accepts good quality durable medical equipment. Equipment is then made available to the senior community at no-cost for as long as needed.

Please call us to inquire about your needs.

If you would like to borrow equipment, you may download the form and fax, mail, or bring it to the DME site closest to you. Please call for hours and availability:

From time to time we receive calls for equipment donations that we can not house in our supply closet. These items include hospital beds, lift chairs, etc. We would like to serve as a conduit to connect items looking for a home with those in need. We will "advertise" your gift on our site and connect you with parties in need, or if you would like to request equipment in our inventory or listed with an individual please complete the following form.
