Rhonda Anderson, Executive Director



Board- McPhee
John McPhee, Board Chair

John "Jack" McPhee has a long history of community service. The Mayor of Lake in the Hills from 1972-1983, the community police commissioner, trustee, and a member of the economic development commission also for the Village of LITH. His biography appears in the Bi-centennial edition of "Community Leaders and Noteworthy Americans".








Board- Blazier Bob Blazier

Bob is retired from CL District 47, the Centegra Foundation, and most recently as president of the CL Chamber. Having failed retirement, like many of our hard working members, he now works for Home State Bank as a Commercial Community Relations Officer and serves on several not-for-profit boards.



Bob Dorn

Assistance to community needs is Bob’s specialty as Director of Outreach for Immanuel Lutheran church and as a board member for both Loaves and Fishes and the Blessing Barn. Bob and his wife Jean have been Crystal Lake residents for over 27 years.

Board-Gelinas Tom Gellinas

Tom joined us after retirement as a trade magazine editor. He is an active member of St. Thomas. Many of you will recognize Tom because he recently drove you to one of your appointments.



Karen Hutchings

Crystal Lake has been blessed with Karen since 1975 where she is employed by the chamber, a Youth Exchange Officer for the Dawnbreakers Rotary, and a Deacon at Ridgefield Crystal Lake Presbyterian Church.

Board-Little Joy Little

Joy Little, a McHenry resident for 32 years, has served on the Board since February 2007. She also volunteers as a driver and intake coordinator for new care receivers.




Rev. Fred Rajan

The Rev. Fred Rajan is an ordained minister in the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA). Currently he serves as the Vice President for Mission and Spiritual Care at Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital. Prior to joining Good Shepherd Hospital, he served as the Executive Director for multicultural ministries for the ELCA national. Active in the community he serves on various boards and committees. He and his wife Sheila live in Cary, IL.

Board- Rice Gregg Rice

Gregg is a Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer for McHenry Bank & Trust. He has been a resident of McHenry County for over 22 years and has been a member and served on various boards of many organizations throughout McHenry county during that time. He is married to Linda and they have a 9 year old daughter.
